IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Additionally, OLLIE may use cookies to store information about visitors’ preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the site visitor accesses or visits, and to personalize or customize our content based upon visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser or other platforms. If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so through your individual browser options. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found at the browsers’ respective websites.

We use Google Analytics to collect information about the use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use (as amended for government websites) and the Google Privacy Policy . You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser.

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is data that includes a personal identifier like your name, email or address, or data that could reasonably be linked back to you. We will ONLY share this data under the following circumstances:

  • With companies that are contractually engaged in providing us services, such as email management and credit card processing. These companies are obligated by contract to safeguard any PII they receive from us.
  • If we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, valid legal process (e.g., subpoenas or warrants served on us), or governmental or regulatory request, or to enforce or apply the Terms of Use. If we are going to release your data, we will do our best to provide you with notice in advance by email, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes, in order to stay informed about how we work to protect the information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of any amendments. Your continued use of OLLIE after a notice of amendment is posted shall be deemed to be acceptance of the amendment.

Protecting the Privacy of Children on the Web

We do not intentionally collect or maintain information at our Website from users under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.
